Job Description:
Customer Service/Export Coordinator is responsible for working closely with both English and Spanish speaking customers, Sales Representatives, and internal A.R. Wilfley departments to ensure efficient, and accurate processing and translation of customer purchase orders into manufacturing work orders including all required supporting documentation. The position will work closely with all departments, including Sales, Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing and Shipping to achieve high customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Effectively consolidate all required documentation for timely and accurate order processing into Qantel system.
- Provide parts quotes to customers/sales representatives in a timely
- Create export documentation for international customer
- Maintain and update customer information to support commercial
- Monitor customer order history and payments to ensure they stay in line with company terms and conditions.
- Help build customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide customer assistance to help Wilfley achieve high customer
- Prepare commercial documents required for each customer of assigned
- Coordinate with manufacturing and shipping department deliveries of orders based on agreed
- Work with Application Engineer to support customers with technical documentation such as BOMs, drawings, curves, test data and
- Assist in answering the phones in a timely and professional manner as needed and occasional clerical duties

EXPECTATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal skills Spanish required
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook, )
- Prior Customer Service experience a plus but not required
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- Base salary DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, bonus program based on performance, dental &health insurance, 401K plan, company paid life and disability insurance
